Can I cancel my Order?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes after your order has been processed.
How long does shipping take?
The average delivery time for our packages is 5-11 working days. We are a company that cares about the environment and wants to do our part to make the world a better place. When we have reached our minimum order quantity, we ship all orders at once. We hope you understand and want to help us make a difference.

How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

How Long Does Customer Service Take To Response?
We strive to answer as quickly as possible. We will not leave your e-mail open for longer than 24h, rest assured we will get back to you ASAP.
12 working days have passed and I still haven't received my package?
We are sorry that this has happened... Have you checked the Track & Trace code? It can happen that parcels are held up at customs. Please wait another 3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in 99% of cases the parcel will still be delivered. Have you waited 5 working days plus another 3 days? Then contact us and we will find a solution together.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange.
